Maple Bacon BBQ Sauce
BBQ sweetness!
The newest addition to the JB’s line of BBQ sauces is a marriage made in heaven: pure maple syrup, and applewood-smoked nitrite-free bacon. The combination is amazingly versatile and is a great example of what Kansas City-style BBQ sauce can do!
Ingredients:
Tomato puree (tomatoes, citric acid), brown sugar, vinegar, tapioca syrup, molasses, tomato paste (tomatoes), bacon* (applewood-smoked pork, water, salt, sugar, cultured celery powder, natural flavor), hickory smoke (water, natural hickory smoke flavor), sea salt, maple flavor, onions, garlic powder, onion powder, maple syrup, mustard powder, black pepper, Jackie O’s Mystic Mama ale (water, malt, yeast, hops, dextrose), paprika, allspice, cayenne.
*Nitrite-free and nitrate-free
